All theatres of the War are studied-North Africa, Palestine, Persia, Iraq, Burma, Sicily, Italy North-West Europe, Malaya, Greece - with a sketch map of each area. At the end of the book are found over fifty map specimens giving a cross-section of the principal varieties of maps which were used operationally. "Restricted" classification is printed on covers.
