Volume I also includes "Abrege' de la Musique." Volume II is sub titled "Plus la Dioptrique, les Meteores, la Mechanique, & la Musique; qui sont des essais de cette Methode. Nouvelle Edition, revue, corrigee & augmentee des Remarques du P. Poisson, P.D.L." An interesting pre French Revolution edition of the great French philosophers most popular writings: "Avec Approbation & Privilege du Roy".
